General Sales Terms and Conditions

Tin Man Art

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all sales of artworks and related items (“Artworks”) by Tin Man Art (“we,” “us,” “our”) to clients and collectors (“you,” “your”). By placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms.

Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability and written confirmation from us.

We reserve the right to withdraw any Artwork from sale at any time.

Images of Artworks on our website or in materials are for illustrative purposes only.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

For UK-based clients, prices include VAT at the prevailing rate.

For exports, prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and may be subject to import duties and taxes in your country, payable by you.

Payment must be made in full before collection or delivery of the Artwork.

We accept payment by [bank transfer / debit card / credit card — specify as appropriate].

Ownership & Title

Ownership of the Artwork passes to you once full payment has cleared.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery or collection.

Delivery & Shipping

Delivery charges are in addition to the Artwork price and are confirmed at checkout or prior to invoicing.

We ship within the UK and internationally. Shipping times and costs depend on the destination.

For international shipments, you are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import clearance.

Artworks are professionally packed and shipped in secure materials (e.g. tubes or crates, as appropriate).

Returns & Cancellations

All sales of Artworks are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except where required by law.

In the unlikely event that an Artwork arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt, including photographs, so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Condition of Artworks

All Artworks are sold in the condition described at the time of sale.

Any condition issues will be disclosed prior to sale.

Certificates of Authenticity (COA)

Where applicable, Artworks are accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity.

Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the purchase or use of the Artwork.

Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the Artwork.

Intellectual Property

Purchase of an Artwork does not grant any copyright, reproduction rights, or other intellectual property rights, which remain with the artist.

You may not reproduce or commercially exploit the Artwork without prior written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
